The original raw material is renewable sugarcane. After making sugar in the sugar factories, the residue sugarcane bagasse fiber becomes the raw material of our molded pulp products.
The raw materials are fully biodegradable; we do not add any harmful substances in the production; the whole production is a physical transformation. The whole pulp molding cycle and our molded pulp packaging products are earth friendly, biodegradable and compostable.

This molded pulp insert has 4 folding flaps to fit the outer box well. There are small "bumps" in the cavities to "lock" the products securely inside. The cavities can follow the shapes of the products.
