This packaging box insert for cosmetic nail polish is molded from sugarcane bagasse pulp, which is renewable plant fiber with short growth cycle and extensive sources. The production process is eco friendly without waste water or gas; The finished molded pulp packaging is biodegradable and compostable.
The box insert is molded from wet press process. The surface is very smooth, and the other side has grid texture. It is about 0.8mm. The cavities can follow the product shapes.
