This protective packaging insert is molded from recycled corrugated paper pulp. The recycled paper is first mixed with water and beaten into slurry, then the slurry is turned into desired shapes in the forming machines.
This kind of molded pulp insert is made out of dry press process. One side is relatively smooth, the other side is rough. It provides good pretection to products, and it is fully biodegradable.

The thickness is normally 2mm, but we can make it thicker to hold heavy products to pass drop tests. The cavities can follow the product shapes.
